Good day,

So I set up the app on my kids tablets and all the app tracking functionality works as well as screen time tracking, but when their daily time time limit has exceeded the tablet doesn't lock. Instant lock doesn't work either.

I have also confirmed the app has all the permissions required and that battery usage is unrestricted.

As a last resort I'm going to reinstall the app on the tablets.

Anyone have another solution?
