Should I disable Norton 360 before updating Windows 11 pro to the latest version 22H2 or just leave it running?

When I upgraded I left Norton running and had no problems but maybe it is a good idea to disable.

Thanks Xjoex,

I did disable Auto-Protect and Smart Firewall and it seemed to work out fine.
