re-activate Premium account

I have paid for "premium" Norton  but

I it is not working, it keeps telling me to "activate" it, but, I am unable to do this

Please help me.

Have you followed the instructions to activate the product by entering your product key?

Try entering the new product key here.    https://my.norton.com/home/setup  That will activate the key and download and install the correct product for that key.
