I'll see if I can get any information on availability of the Norton Ad Blocker app. AFAIK, it was only ever released in the US and possibly Japan. I cannot get it in Canada.

A very limited coverage. I don't understand why because VPN without ad blocking feature gives only a half sense. Competitors have bundled VPN with ad blocking. OK let's see what Norton says.

The Norton VPN does not block ads. It only blocks the ad trackers (cookies). I have not researched other VPN products so I don't know if they are the same or they do actually have ad blockers.

Just to name a few having VPN bundled with ad blocker:
Clario, Trend Micro, Adguard VPN, Private Internet Access, Proton VPN, Nord VPN, Surfshark, CyberGhost, Atlas VPN
I wonder what stands against deploying Norton Ad Blocler worldwide.

I looked at a couple of those and saw no mention of ad blockers. Are they bundling the two apps or are you seeing the VPN actually having the ad blocker (not a ad tracker blocker like Norton) included as a feature of the VPN app?
Only the marketing people can say why Norton has not expanded distribution of the Ad Blocker app. Maybe they would only want to have general distribution if they can cover iOS, Android, and Windows/Mac?????
Anyway, I'll let you know if I hear any information from my contacts on distribution plans.

You don't see separate settings for VPN and ad blocker, they're bundled, the traffic is routed via VPN and filtered off ads before it reaches your device.

With no explanation why, I have been told that there is no plan for expansion of Ad Blocker iOS app to any more countries other than US and Japan.
These decisions are made way above the heads of the contacts I have.
