NUP report says "Fair" & reactivate to repair, but takes me to a huge menu page

I cannot get telephone support - I've been on hold for 50 minutes (the estimated wait was 15 min). Horrible customer support. After I ran NUP I got a report saying condition is "FAIR" & reactivate to repair, but when I click that link it just takes me to a huge menu page and does not tell me what to do. Does anyone know?
