Why does Norton AntiTrack keeps unenabling Firefox?

I have Norton AntiTrack installed on my Windows 10 PC, but it often states Firefox is not protected. Chrome and Edge consistently show as enabled. I can check the Firefox status as protected, go on the Firefox browser, check again, and it is unprotected and wants me to enable Firefox protection again. I don't feel that I am getting the protection that I paid for, plus the fact that I don't feel that I can trust Norton AntiTrack to do what it is supposed to. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I still need a solution to this problem. I can't be the only experiencing this. (At least I hope not!)
