Duplicate subscription

Hi there

I renewed my annual subscription on 13/9/22 for Security Deluxe.

On 22/2/2023, the renewal subscription of €84.99 has been taken out of my account for Security Deluxe.

Could you please cancel the subscription?  If not, I will have to discontinue my relationship with Norton in September.

There is no one in the forums that can access Account and payment information. You need to contact Norton Support and ask them to help with your issue. They can arrange a refund, or they could add the time to your existing subscription. Your choice. 

 www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
