cant sign on ui on pc, coming up security check in red(note I have recently updated my email address)

Cant sign on user interface pc, coming up security check in red writing? Non of the link tabs work, sign with google, I am not a robot, continue etc, its like the same as the picture shown about the latest software update. Everything was working fine until I changed my email address. The thing is I can log in to my account online ? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing made no difference
