Trial activation key for Utility Ultimate licensee keeps asking for 25 position digit

I have Norton 360 for me and my family members. I successfully installed the trial version of Utilities Ultimate on my W10 computer. My wife is also running Norton 360 on one of my licenses. She is unable to activate the trial version of Utilities Ultimate on her W11 computer. It asks for a 25 alpha/numeric number for activation. This is only for a trial version. Anyone have any ideas.

You say you have 10 licenses. For which product? 360 or Norton Utilities Ultimate, NUU?   The 360 subscription has no connection to the NUU product. There is no key for a trial of NUU. If you did find a trial, you just install and run for the trial period. After that, the product will cease to work until you enter a valid NUU subscription product key.

Is your wife using the same download you got for the Norton Utilities? Each downloaded trial may have identifiable information that ties it to one device. Have her download her own copy and see if that works.

I downloaded the Utility Ult prg from her computer. Because I have 10 licenses, I assumed my trial version would simply also allow each of the licensees to be using my trial version of Utility prg. So can i do that or do I have to buy an individual Utility license for each of my 10 licenses?
