How do I turn off these data breach notifications?
I have notification alert categories set to Critical Only, Special Offer Notifications turned off, and Norton Task Notification turned off.

Hello cornerback. Currently there isn't a known way to stop those marketing pop-ups from appearing. I get them when they're released and they are marketing drive, sent through the product at will by Norton. Many threads appear here regarding that very issue, yet, fall on deaf ears, marketing is the driving force behind it at Norton.

There are no options in the settings to disable this.

As posted earlier. Currently there isn't a known way to stop those marketing pop-ups from appearing. Many threads appear here regarding that very issue, yet, they fall on deaf ears, marketing, is the driving force behind it at Norton. They will disappear when someone at the top at Norton determines its driving away customers.
