Export/Import function

Installed Norton Password Manager on my MacBook Pro. It shows trial subscription, I am unable to find import/export as shown in demo tutorials. Secondly, would like to know if the product is free why is the subscription information showing as trial. Await your revert at the earliest.

Do you have any other Norton product subscriptions? If not, that could be why your Norton Password Manager, NPM, is showing as a trial. As long as you have not entered any payment information into your Norton Account, there is no way you can be charged. It is a free product.

As for operational questions on NPM, I'm going to ask this thread be moved to the Mac forum board for better exposure to Mac users.
