What device is your daughter trying to install Norton on?

If an Android or iOS device, you will have to physically access the device. During the installation process you need to look for a Sign in, or I already have a subscription link. Tapping that has you log into the Norton Account, so whoever is doing the install needs to know your email address and password for the Norton Account.   If she has been tapping on Start Trial, that is where she would be asked for payment information.
