Total black screen when closing Norton Ultra on new desktop with windows 11

Just bought a new Acer desktop with windows 11 and Norton Security Ultra. When I closed the Norton Ultra (X in upper right corner) the screen went totally black and have not been able to restore to normal ever since. Don't know if it's a Norton issue with Windows 11 or what.

Update: The thing just cleared by doing another restart. Thanks anyway.
