Norton 360 install button on play store won't install.

When I click on install button it flashes for a second, and then install button comes back. Samsung phone s20.

What Android version is on your device?

Are you using the Play Store app or the web site?

Are you getting any error message when this happens?

Is there any other security app on your device?

Try restarting the device and then try installing the app again.

I have Android version 13. I used the app. No error messages. I have restarted multiple times. I don’t think I have any other security app.

Have you checked in Google Play Store app to ensure that all other apps, especially system apps, are up to date?

What country are you located in?

Yes, I have updated everything. I am in the USA!

Do you have an VPN app active, or an ad blocker ad active? If so, disable those and test.

If you keep tapping on Install, does it still keep coming back to Install?

Not sure if this might apply, but check in Android Settings for any battery optimisations for the Play store app. If found, turn it off and test.

No vpn or ad blocker. When I tap on install, mostly goes back to install. Once in awhile it goes to a choice of cancel or open, but the open is grayed out, and cancel takes you back to install.
