Renewed my subscription by Amazon purchase of 5 device product. Loaded to windows desktop and two android phones without a problem. Opened download email on my iPad . Directed to Apple Store and opened app . Entered id and password but told no licence available. Any one got a suggestion Thanks in advance David

Did you send a separate email to your iPad, or did you try to use the same email used for one of your other devices? Each email is only good for one installation. You need to send a separate email for each device.
Alternatively, you can just go to the Apple App Store app and search for and download Norton 360. During the installation look for a Sign in or I already have a subscription link. Tap that and sign into your Norton Account.
If none of this helps, you need to log into your Norton Account click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Look for your current 360 subscriptions and click on Manage Licences and scroll through the devices listed there. If you find one you no longer use, or a duplicate entry, click on the trash can beside that entry to free up the activation for other devices.

You are always free to turn off the automatic renewal and purchase a new subscription from a reputable retailer each year at the better prices you see. If you do this, be sure you wait until one or two days remaining on the old subscription before you enter the new product key. You will lose any remaining time on the old subscription when you enter the new key.
