Hello, I am a Norton Utilities Ultimate subscriber, yesterday it was announced that a new version of the software, when looking for a new update it says that the latest version is 21.4.7.637 and that it does not have a new update, when the update with the new design is it available for download?

I received the update, I just had to uninstall the current version and install again through Norton account. The most current version of the software is 23.2.13512.2236. This new version is excellent, removed several useless functions and made the software lighter.

i is hoping soon to get the update in Denmark but the version you is on is only a ESP

Contacting Norton Support, they were able to get it installed by uninstalling Norton and reinstalling everything from scratch. Also apparently, you need new subscription. But they'll add your days back.

However, the new product seems to be missing a LOT of the old features... no file shredder, and I don't know if it's monitoring CPU performance in the background... I'm hoping it does. I don't see the RAM reclaimer function either...

EDIT: I think the background CPU and RAM governors are still there, but they only run in the background. There's no settings (other than to turn it off) and no manual run.

However, I don't see the shredder function anywhere... but with SSD's, I'm not sure that does anything useful...
