How to get additional products onto wife's N360 dashboard.

My wife has N360 and Utilities Ultimate (both are my subscriptions) installed on her computer. She also has her own subscriptions for LifeLock Advantage and Privacy Monitor. When she opens the N360 dashboard on her computer, she only sees the N360 components. She doesn't see Utilities, LifeLock or Privacy Monitor. What's worse, every time she runs a smart scan, it tries to sell her Privacy Monitor and Utilities, which she already owns. I assume this has something to do with the fact that the N360 subscription is in my name. Is there any way to get those additional products into her dashboard?

Thanks for any help.

Try signing into Norton with your account and password on her machine.

When I checked, she was already logged in with my account. I signed her out and logged in with her LifeLock and Privacy Monitor account. Now she sees N360, LifeLock and Privacy Monitor in her dashboard, but Norton Utilities shows up under additional apps and services. When she clicks Continue, it tries to sell her Utilities, even though it's already installed on her computer and she can run it standalone.

You might try contacting Norton support via phone to see if they can merge the products together for you.

Thanks. I'll try that.
