Norton 360 Mobile Security not include VPN

Messrs Norton: I have the following solution request: I bought Norton 360 Mobile Security for Android from the official Norton website after registering on the official website since it mentions that VPN is included in this purchase; i downloaded it from the play store just like i forward norton to this app and it register and update all fine. Since I required an important VPN app for my use, I made sure to do the right thing beforehand, reading the help on how to proceed to include VPN according to the following link: https://support.norton.com/sp/es/es/norton-download-install/current/sear... I began to find out in Norton help how to include VPN in Norton 360, I downloaded VPN taking into account all the step-by-step recommendations, I even took into account that Norton VPN does not allow VPN only in CHINA, I live in Bolivia, here is the link; https://support.norton.com/sp/es/es/home/current/solutions/v137722603 At the end of the VPN installation it gives me two options 1. I want to buy 2. I have registration I accessed option 2 that sends me to the Norton account logging in as I am registered but it returns me to the Play Store and asks me to pay to get Norton VPN. https://support.norton.com/sp/es/es/home/current/solutions/v137722603 Android option and among other several queries in different search forms but it directs me to this same site. I sent my queries by mail and received an email of supposed solution that no support was found.
