Hello. Are you updating via Windows Updates? There shouldn't be any need to disable real time protection for that update to install. Reboot the computer, log in again under the admin account and retry the setting.

Same here!!! I can not turn off turn off real time protection because real time protection is greyed out!!!! I tried to update from 21h2 to 22h2 then it gives me error with installed Norton then I uninstalled Norton then I restarted computer then I successfully did updated from 21h2 to 22h2 with uninstalled Norton

See if fast boot is enabled on both your systems. If so disable it and reboot. Recheck for the issue still being present. Also make sure you are logged into the computer with an account that has admin privileges.
