Password Manager with Multiple Repositories

I have a multi-user license for Norton 360 and I want to install the Password Manager on each of the computers. The problem is the computers are for different members of my family and I don't want the same repository for everyone, rather each to have their own saved passwords. How can I set this up, without paying for another subscription service?

Norton Password Manager cloud vault is free.
