Norton meldet MUA nach neu Installation auf Honor 10 256GB 8GB RAM

Hallo, ich nutze Norton schon mehrere Jahre,aber nur auf Mobil Geräten mit Android. Auf Labtop und PC macht es keinen Sinn da die Geräte ausschließlich mit Linux betrieben werden. Nun zum Problem :) Norton meldet ca 2 Std nach neu Installation bzw zurücksetzen in den Werkszustand 2 Dienste als MUA mit Mittlerem Risiko. Erstens den Honor Service und den Android internen Location Service, was vermutlich eine falsche Meldung ist. Es gibt aber noch ein weiteres Problem das mir mehr Sorgen macht. Das Honor habe ich zurück gesetzt nachdem Norton ein auffällige Shell 1.0 gemeldet hat. Eine Shell ist ja schon unangenehm sollte sie Systemfremd sein. Die gleiche auffällige Shell 1.0 meldet Norton auch auf meinem alten Mobilphone, ein Huawei Mate 10 pro. Alle Android sind höher als Version 4.1, um es vorweg zu nehmen, ich habe auch die nötigen Lizenzen und die Geräte sind im Norton Account den betreffenden Geräten zugeordnet. Mein Interesse gilt hauptsächlich der Meldung der Shell 1.0 und warum der Android Location Service als MUA gemeldet wird.

Hello, I've been using Norton for several years, but only on mobile devices with Android. It makes no sense on laptops and PCs because the devices are exclusively operated with Linux. Now to the problem :) Norton reports about 2 hours after new installation or factory reset 2 services as MUA with medium risk. Firstly the Honor Service and the Android internal location service, which is probably a false report. But there is another issue that worries me more. I reset the Honor after Norton reported a conspicuous Shell 1.0. A shell is already unpleasant if it is not part of the system. Norton reports the same striking Shell 1.0 on my old mobile phone, a Huawei Mate 10 pro. All Android are higher than version 4.1, to anticipate it, I also have the necessary licenses and the devices are assigned to the relevant devices in the Norton account. My main interest is the Shell 1.0 reporting and why the Android Location Service is reported as MUA.

It sounds like you have a setting in your Norton 360 that scans System Apps. By the nature of a system app, it will do things with the device that would be considered malware coming from any other app. Turn that setting off to stop those messages.   In the 360 app, tap on the three bars at the top left and tap on Settings > Security and turn off Scan System Apps.
