Norton VPN Slowdown? Android

3 days ago VPN dropped my download speed from 59 to 1.7 Restarting my phone does not help. The numbers are repeatable turning VPN off and on gives same results. Samsung A71, VPN region USA

Are you using the VPN feature of Norton 360 or the standalone Norton Secure VPN? If you have both apps installed, you should uninstall the standalone VPN and use the 360 VPN feature.

Have you  tried different VPN regions to see if you get better speeds?
