How to fix session timeout message in Norton Family App on Android

All day, everyday, I receive a message saying " session timeout. Please log back in." I log back in and most of the time I get a blank white screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and continue to get this annoying message. Is there any way to fix this?

We are aware of this issue, and have rolled out the fix in our latest release. Kindly update your Norton Family App to its latest version (7.4.0.13+) once its available in PlayStore.
