new Utilities wrong product key

Bought Norton Utilities Ultimate from Amazon.

Opened Norton.com/setup and successfully installed it.

App. opened and ran a scan. Results "service expired."

Used Revo Uninstaller to remove previous copies. Re-started PC

Downloaded again from Norton page. Re-started PC

App. loaded and same result.

Opened my account and checked the status of my products. New Product key is active an entered correctly. Looking down previous items, I have two old Utilities. One expired 2022 and one disabled no date. Both have different product keys.

Downloaded again from Norton.com came up as a repair. 

App. opened and same result.

remember New norton Utilities is only in V1 now so not all is ok First in September oktoper mounth q3 is v2 ready ther is complet so ther is som bugs on the road so call Norton they can proberly help you and if you got the old and you got new now then ther the problems is it dont take the key

This is not New Norton Utilities, it is a brand new download for Norton Utilities Ultimate which Norton are bragging about as the ultimate solution or all computer problems.

yes but did you get the new Norton Utilities ore the old one when you download Norton Utilities you can get the new one does it look like this ore not Introducing New Norton Utilities Ultimate for Windows! | Norton Community thats the difrent thats the new one not old one

That is a very pretty picture. I have not seen that before.

It came from USA. If Norton can't help, then it will go back.

49mins on the phone with Norton and the techy has just updated my app.

He took remote control of my PC and done the job. Well done fella.

This is what he did.

Open your Norton account. -  Copy the product key.

Open the app. - In the top right is a question mark. - Click on this.

Click About Norton Utilities Ultimate. - Paste your product code. - Click change key. Hey presto.

If only I had known this.
