have new computer running on windows 11. paying for subscription to norton 360 deluxe only my norton with smart scan window downloaded. would like to know is run live update still available? to get updates etc?

Switch between the My Norton window and Classic view

Please switch to Norton 360 Classic view.
Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
click Security tile
Open My Norton for My Norton view
Open Norton 360 for Classic view
Note:
Settings from tray icon opens My Norton Settings.
Settings from Classic view opens Norton 360 Settings.

I have this new computer with windows 11 in s mode. can't get the classic view of norton for live updates. I never pressed a tab to install under my norton either to download it.Do I have to turn off windows defender first? will just running smart scan with no live updates /downloads still protect my computer? Also this computer came with mcafee security. I don;t think it is set up though. Would like to get this resolved. Thank u.
