After reading previous posts of horror stories of trying to get a refund from Norton, I was extremely hesitant. The website had me running in circles to try to cancel my yearly Wi-fi Privacy subscription and request a refund. I finally Googled Norton and found this phone number, 1-888-681-1964. I was connected to Nichole (a very nice woman) who processed the request while I was on the phone and told me it could take up to 10 business days. After concluding the call, I checked my account and there it was, pending. My complaint is with their on-line information. It is intentionally circular to keep you from obtaining a refund and their phone number isn't posted anywhere. Norton is a huge company and should not act like one of these little deceptive web operations. But after finding the actual number, things went well. Good luck to all out there who are trying to do the same.
