Just installed Norton 360 on iPhone SE iOS 16.6 and activated VPN. Tried streaming video in Prime Video app and get error message that the internet connect isn’t working. I’m in the US and connected to a US server. Netflix, Tubi, AppleTV, etc work fine. Any solution for Prime Video?

Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons. If you are only having issues with the one service, I would suggest you contact their support department and ask if they are blocking VPN's.

If this is the case with Prime Video, I am surprised there are no other Community posts about it. It is surprising to me that I am the only one with this problem, or, out of the thousands of Community members, I am the only one using Norton VPN and Prime Video on the same device.

In your VPN settings, are you using Auto Select for your region, or have you specified United States? I am in Canada and sometimes the VPN would connect to a US server with Auto Select chosen.

You mention that other streaming services are working OK with Norton's VPN.
Have you tried contacting Amazon's support to see if they block known VPN IP's? A VPN provider does not block access to any sites. Any blocks are going to be between the VPN server and the destination web site.
Did you uninstall Nord VPN before using the Norton VPN? It is possible that there could be conflicts between the two.

Had not considered deinstalling Nord VPN since it was not active. So I proceeded to be installed and rebooted just to make sure. Got the same result, prime video still don’t working with norton vpn. I will contact Prime Video and see if they have any ideas.

Is it an official Prime Video support agent the says they are OK with Nord VPN, or is it just other users that say they can use Nord VPN? If just the users, it could just be that Prime Video has not figured out what IP's Nord is using.

I just searched some information on Nord VPN and found that they actively work to keep Netfilx users to be able to have access to the service. Maybe they also do the same for Prime.

The hit or miss sounds like you are getting connected to different VPN server IP's. Some are detected by Prime and some are not.
