Product key??

I purchased Norton 360 deluxe from NortonLifelock Singapore and recieved a receipt email, but as yet no product key. When I log in to my Norton's account, it says o subscription available??

Check your email receipt again. It should have the product key noted there.  If not, check your spam/junk folder for a second email that might have the product key.

No, I have checked thoroughly...the email with the receipt and order # mentioned,,( and apologized), for the order not going through immediately due to some delay in their bank...I will give it 24 hours, and then ask for a refund. A little pathetic, I feel. Thank you for your help x
