i cannot get into my acc, it automaticly signs out, also message says needs renewed, it was renewed, cannot get through to help desk.

How are you trying to access your Account? From a browser or from the 360 app?

Where are you seeing the message about needing renewal? Is this in the app or is it a popup in your browser? 

 You can contact Norton Support here.   www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
