Export Passwords, Download File for Chrome

Does anybody know how to get an"openable" Exported CSV from NPM without it A) Not having an error message & B) Getting the stupid thing Imported into Chrome PM without Constant Failure? The Norton standard directions do not work & I dislike asking Mr. Accent to constantly repeat him/herself over the phone & besides I'd be on the phone for three hours having them show me ways & fixing other broken innards of their product! fMe

Anyone?
