there are errors on my Norton account and I don't know how to correct them

I have several messages from Norton that I cannot correct.  Errors are evident from Norton.

I received an email from Norton saying my subscription needs updating to £288 now and when I responded it said this email does not exist.  What do I do?

I would like to talk to somone who can assist me.  Is this possible?

Re: there are errors on my Norton account and I don't know how to correct them

First thing to check is whether this is a legitimate email from Norton or a scam. Check the sender's email address against this information.   Is this email from Norton legitimate?

If it is a legitimate email, you cannot reply to those emails as those email addresses are not set up for replies.  If you still need someone to assist you, you need to contact Norton Support as there is no one in these forums that has access to your Norton Account.    www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
