VPN won't turn on

Okay so today I i've been trying to get my VPN to work on my Dell and for some reason it refuses to. I've tried reseting it, leaving it off for a bit, uninstalling and reinstalling Norton, and LiveUpdate along with Drive update. Plus all the other things recomended still Nothing it still says "Secure VPN is currently unable to connect."

After your reinstalls, etc, have you restarted your system? Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. Have you tried a different VPN region? Sounds like this error....:

Okay woke up turned my computer on, now it's suddenly working I have no idea what happened. It wasn't working yesterday It's like the vpn was off for the day...Weird
