Crypto Wallet temporarily unavailable

I know Norton has discontinued Crypto Mining.  However, they say you can get your ballance in the crypto wallet and transfer it to Coinbase.  I have tryied for several days to access the Norton Crypto Wallet and I get "Wallet temporarily unavailable".    What is going on?
