Card payment for renewal

Have been trying and trying to update my card details but EVERYTIME it comes up with "not accepted try another card or country". All other details as before just a different card no. Same bank, same country. Card works with every other system so what is YOUR problem. I would have thought that a company such as yours that is integral with the internet could sort this out. Subscription is until December, if not sorted by then ---goodbye Norton !!!!!!!

Please try allowing all Norton pages content.
Please try turning ad/content-blocker & VPN off.  
Please try allowing all Norton cookies/ads/scripts/frames/trackers/beacons/etc.
Please try allowing all Norton pages content that may be blocked by browser extension &or built-in browser protection. 
Please try a different browser.
