Unable to import "json" file into Password Manager

Hi everyone. New user here so this may be something I'm doing wrong.

Just purchased my license and installing password manager on my W11 PC.

I download the tool from Norton to import logins and passwords from both my Chrome and Firefox but when dropping the file, it just says "an error occurred" and to try again later.

Any ideas? Or could I be doing something wrong?

Re: Unable to import "json" file into Password Manager

Hello. First restart your computer. Once restarted, open the browser you are going to use first, disable any VPN, ad-blockers, other protections you are using then retry the import again.

Worked perfectly. Thanks.

Maybe Norton can add that warning when installing the software.
