I called the Norton 800 number that was on their internet site. I wanted to cancel my subscription for 5 users and get the Antivirus for 1 user. I pressed the button to select the option I wanted. Someone came on the line and asked me what I wanted to do. They said no problem. Next thing I know they wanted me to let them go into my computer to process the refund. No way was this happening. After hanging up, I looked up the phone number that I was connected to. I found that I was not connected to the 800 number I dialed. I was connected to a Missouri phone number, 816-394-9160. Don’t know how this could have happened when I used an 800 number from the Norton website. Interested to know if anyone else has had this occur.
