give the user more options - basic/advanced UI?

Every time NIS finds a threat it wants to remove it. If I know what it is and do not wish to remove it, I want to ignore it/exclude it. NIS does not give that option. I understand there are some more advanced users, so why not add an option somewhere where the user(s) can switch between basic & advanced UI/options?
