Norton Identity Safe Logins missing for one website.

I have one website for which Norton Identity Safe has stop showing notifications.  Something changed between 2013/04/24 and 2013/04/25.  I automatically open http://email.1and1.com/ as one of my Home pages in Internet Explorer 10.0.4 (Windows 7 64-bit).  This website now redirects to "https://email.1and1.com/ox6/ox.html#".  The address stored in my Identity Safe logins is "https://email.1and1.com/ox6/ox.html". I know 1and1 changed something with their WebMail 2.0 website because some buttons also function differently inside WebMail 2.0.

Their other website http://webmail.1and1.com still works fine, but it's a completely different set of logins since it a different domain (https://webmailcluster.perfora.net/xml/config/Webmail_Login and https://webmailcluster.perfora.net/xml/webmail/Login is stored.)

I have a large number of logins at this website, and do not want to have to reenter them all

A couple months ago,  I had a bank change the URL that they redirected online access to, but it was obvious that they had changed the domain.  And this required a new login.

Anyone else see this?

John

Hi t-data,

Not sure this will help, but perhaps if you would report this to Norton it may be able to be cleared up.

Navigate to the page in question, on the Norton Toolbar, select Vault Open and then Report Issue.  This will provide you with a form you can fillout and submit to Norton for them to check out the situation and if possible correct it.

Re: Norton Identity Safe Logins missing for one website.

Thanks.  It's worth a try.  Will let you know if I get an answer.  The customer support at 1and1.com could not believe that anything could be wrong on their side.
