Hello! Upgrade the support application build-in Norton 2010 products. For email requests , make it possible to write bigger and longer emails , please. For one-click chat support , make it possible for us users send the Agents attachements such as screenshots or log files . Somethimes it is easier to show them what the user thinks about . It is not always necessary for them to log in remotely into people's computers. Ditch LogMeIn Rescue application . Why not change to TeamViewer / your modification ? I have used both and feel TeamViewer less ... "instrusive" and user opened. Thank you !
