Ability to customize Norton Toolbar

Not being able to move the icons on the Norton Toolbar to a new/different toolbar and not being able to add items to the Norton Toolbar means that, on one of my Firefox profiles, I disable Norton Toolbar.

Norton Toolbar takes up a complete row of space just for 3 items (2 items in my case: I have Identity Safe turned off).

Re: Ability to customize Norton Toolbar

This has been discussed before in the Forum and I believe the answer is that FireFox itself does not allow the resizing or moving of the toolbars like IE does.  Perhaps if FireFox changes that in their programming first .....

Re: Ability to customize Norton Toolbar

I have the LinkExtend add-on on one of my Firefox profiles and it has its own toolbar.

I can move all of its icons/buttons to the Menu Bar, Navigation Toolbar, etc.

Re: Ability to customize Norton Toolbar

Firefox is not the problem.  Norton's Toolbar does not allow Firefox's customization feature to add additional items to it or to move the items on the Norton Toolbar on to another toolbar.  Norton needs to write a fix to it's toolbar to allow the customization feature of Norton's Firefox browser toolbars to move items on to the Norton Toolbar or move the Norton toolbar items on to other toolbars.  This is a tremendous waste of computer screen space right now.  I could easily put these three items on my one other toolbar I have open and get more screen space for viewing.

Re: Ability to customize Norton Toolbar

I'd also like to see this implemented. As it is, Norton uses up one entire toolbar spot but only needs half of that space.

What am I thinking about right now?
