When I login to gmail, It fills in the username, I hit next and it doesn't fill in the password. Am i missing something?
Just a wild guess, as my ID Safe opens Gmail effortlessly. (WIN 10 AV using IE11 and running NS Premium)
Open the ID Safe entry for your Gmail and ensure you have both Auto fill and Auto Submit check marked.
Hey, thx 4 the reply. (Win 8.1, Chrome, Norton Security Starter) I like the word "effortlessly." I wish it applied to me. I did go back and check mark Auto-fill and Auto-submit. Then when I tried it again, it filled in the username, automatically clicked thru to password and...nothing. A little box opened up top and said, "Norton Identity Safe is logging you in," but it didn't; and that is as far as i can get. I have to copy it to clipboard and paste it if i want the password filled in -- and that is a pain in the a$$. And probably not the safest thing to have important passwords lounging around in your clipboard.
After check marking the auto fill/submit - you did Save the changes, right?
Is this only happening on the Gmail log-in or other log-ins as well?
Does the main page of your Norton show in the upper right hand corner - Logged in as: followed by your email address that you use for your Norton Account?
Save the changes? Yes. It is only happening on Gmail login. And, the upper right hand corner of the main page does show the proper email address that I use for my Norton Account.
