Hallo, ich kann bei dem Handy von meinem Kind, die App Norton mobil nicht installieren. Beim runterladen der App über Google play erhalte ich die Information: App in diesem Land nicht verfugbar" . Das Handy wird aber trotzdem von Norton Family überwacht.

What country are you in? Not all Norton products are available in the same country. I cannot explain why. Usually it is international legal trade restrictions.
In welchem Land bist du? Nicht alle Norton-Produkte sind in demselben Land erhältlich. Ich kann nicht erklären warum. Normalerweise handelt es sich um internationale rechtliche Handelsbeschränkungen.

Hello, my family lives in Germany and Lithuania. My wife, son and I all have Lithuanian cell phones from the same provider. There were no problems with the instalation of the Norton mobile app for my wife and myself. Only with my son. Greetings from Lithuania

No, I have been installing Symantec Norton Security Premium (10 devices) (PC, notebook, tablet, Handys), NMS and family for several years. Everytimes in Lithuania. Till now without any problem. Germany and Lithuania are both in the EU. Best regards

I understand that both countries are in the EU, but for reasons I cannot explain, a product can be available in one country and not another.
How many devices do you have registered on your NS Premium subscription?
When did you last install NMS on a mobile device where it worked OK?

On my Lithuanian mobile I installed the NMS app about 3 months ago. At my wife about 2 weeks ago. Everything is OK.
NS Premium total currently 4 devices. In this moment. Notebook and tablet I will sign soon. I think during next week. In the end it will be all 7 devices. Completely with the Handy of my son.

What devices are the 3 mobile phones? What Android version?
Are you trying to install NMS on your son's phone using the same network connection you used to download and install NMS on your other phones?

We have all Samsung Galaxy: S8, S7, A6. Versions 2x 8.0 "Android O" 1x 7.0.0 "Android Nougat" ( son ).
Everytimes in the same network connection, download and install.
Sorry, we have now 6 am. I will be back in some hours. In the meantime " Thank for helping by the strange problem".

Hallo,
wir leben teils in Deutschland und teils in Litauen. Zur Zeit sind wir in LT.
Wie schon geschrieben benutzen wir als Familie mehrere Jahre Norton Security. Inkl. Norton mobile. Bisher ohne Probleme.

Wie ich auch gelesen habe, habt ihr schon Eure Handys mit NMS bestücken könnt. Entschuldigt, denn man kann da vermuten, daß Ihr da gerade in Deutschland ward und Euch derzeit in Litauen seid. Da scheint ein gewisses Geoblocking noch zu wirken, weil es sich hier um keine in der EU hergestellte Software handelt( LINK*). Norton stammt ursprünglich aus Amerika.

Hast Du noch Zugang zu deutschen Store. Wenn ja, dann versuche von dort die Installation. * dies ist ein externer LINK: Rechtsklick und dann auf ,, Neue Registerkarte öffnen"( IE)/ ,, Neuen Tab öffnen( FF)".

Die Installationen habe ich immer in LT gemacht, da ich in der Regel in D keine Zeit habe.

Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihre Zeit und Ihre Hilfe. Ich habe wegen des Zeitaufwandes auf das Handy meines Sohnes eine App mit einem Virenscanner eines anderen Herstellers geladen. Viele Grüße aus Litauen.
