Mining amount does not update after reaching minimum payout amount

So I was going to withdraw but the Network fees are pretty high and seem to keep going up. So instead I decided to keep mining but I notice that now amount of ETH mined does not update so I restarted everything then started to mine again and waited a couple of minutes and then check my wallet and it still the same amount. Do i need to withdraw the minimum and then it will start counting the new mined amount or is just a glitch. Not sure what to do.

Okay I logged in again and now everything is showing up correctly. And I was able to withdraw since a payout was added to the transactions and the also the fees were less. Not sure why it sometimes it won't show your Wallet data once it gets close to the minimum payout amount.

Okay now it is doing it again. Mining amount does gets stuck on the same amount and does not refresh the new amount after 10 mins or even after restarting pc. Now it occurs on any amount that you have. Not sure what is cause this glitch or error.

We will be updating the UX in a future release so it isn't as confusing. The pending amount is the amount you will be paid once you reach the min payout, which currently is set to .004 ETH. If click the wallet link from the N360 client you will see both amounts, your pending payout as well as the current value of your wallet.

Yes but there is a problem in that it stops updating and the numbers stay the same even when you log into your wallet aswell.

Are you running the latest version of EAP? Also when you state the numbers stay the same, is that the wallet balance or pending payout?

Running 22.21.8.60. And yes this occurs on the mining screen and wallet page aswell.

This occurs after mining for a while with any amount you have. At first it happen when it got close to 0.004 and now it occurred at 0.0005. Still showing 0.0005 after restarting and waiting 10,30 mins and hour or two and it still shows 0.0005. And I check my PC and GPU are running and it shows Active mining but it still does not update. The only thing that fixes this is turning the miner or pc off and coming back a few hours later. Then it did update the numbers but it is not a solution cause it makes you turn off your miner or pc so it can update the amounts.......

Login yesterday after couple of hours of having the pc off. The mined amount is still stuck on the same number 0.0005. Okay so I turn it off for another couple of hours and login again same number again 0.0005. Each time I start up the mining process and it shows that it is active and I check my GPU Utilization and it is up and running. Wait 10 mins no change wait 30 mins no change. So turning the pc off is not working anymore and the amount is now stuck indefinitely. So when I did the update it was running fine and was able to do 1 payout. After the 1 payout I notice on the second payout the amount got stuck before 0.004. But then the amount updated after a while then I was able to do a second payout. Now this time it is stuck on the same amount at 0.0005. But this time it has been stuck and has not updated even after turn the pc off and for a few hours.

Log in and started the miner and then the numbers are starting to update again. So the amount was locked up for about a whole day not good a thing. Do the Devs know what might be causing this issue?
