The Norton Website and Norton 360 have bugs.

Multiple issues...

First, when I try to start the chat with a support agent, nothing happens.  "javascriptnull(0)" appears at the bottom of the browser window.  Duh!  I'm guessing that's a feature, so technical subscribers can't get online support.

The Anti-Spam feature that integrates with Outlook doesn't do a damned thing.  I register a message as spam (usually a phishing spam) and I continue receiving messages from the same sender.

Also, I have a LifeLock Ultimate subscription.  Why am I constantly receiving ads, either sliding in from the right side of my screen or when I bring up Norton 360 when I'm already paying and getting those features.  Hey, you're one company now.  It's damn obnoxious, especially when I'm sharing my screen during a Zoom session and an ad slides in from the side of my screen.  Take control of your marketing team!!!

All I have to do to reproduce all of this is just having your product installed.

Are you using a VPN feature when trying to access Support Chat? If so, try turning it off and see if that lets you connect. The same goes for ad blockers. They may block the redirects necessary to start the chat function.

When an email is marked as spam, it does not mean that Norton is able to block that sender from sending more emails. No one can do that. All you can do is filter it when it gets to your computer.  ie Filter it to be sent to your junk/spam folder or trash.

Oh we wish we could reign in the marketing team. It seems that they are running the company now.
