How to cancel a subscription from an old account when you don't have the details

Hello.

Money has been going out on a subscription to Norton from my credit card. I believe this subscription was set up with an account using an old email address and password, which I don't have the details for any more. Does anyone know how to cancel this subscription/stop the auto-renewal without being able to login to this old account?
