Cannot Install Utilities Premium after Utilities Ultimate trial

I have active subscription of Norton 360 with LifeLock,  auto renew on.   OS is Windows 10  

Per my Norton subscription page , I should also have Norton Utilities Premium. 

I installed Norton Utilities Ultimate as part of free trail.  I canceled trail prior to end of free period.  I have tried to go back to Utilities Premium and keeps telling me my subscription has expired.   

I have deleted Norton Utilities Ultimate and downloaded Norton Utilities Premium from subscription page, but when launch on laptop, it says it is Ultimate and need to reactive to use.  I  tried entering Premium  key from subscription page in Ultimate after install, and that fails also.   

 Get following message:

Error 3:

The activation key has expired.  To enjoy the full benefits for Norton Utilities Ultimate, please re-active your service.

 I do not want to pay for Ultimate,  I  want Premium that I had before.

Thanks for any advice.

So, not being able to resolve, I contacted Norton support.

Here is what found out. I was told Utilities Premium was discontinued and Utilities Ultimate is only option available, and I would have to purchase it to get Utilities, even though I was supposed to have Premium till end of my Norton 360 subscription. Does not matter that it still is on subscription page as active.

Support claims an email was sent to Premium users telling them it was being discontinued. I have no such email, and I tend to keep all my Norton emails.

In summary, if you uninstall Premium, you can never get it back. If try to download from subscription page, it will download Ultimate and require you to purchase to activate. If I knew this, I would of never tried Ultimate free trial.

I also have done the same, I think Norton has lost its way it is no longer listed with a high ranking, mu renewal is on the 3 march 2022 but I think I will be changing from Norton as they have become unreliable and basically I don't think they give a darn about individuals and are only interested in Corporates. I note the Bitdefender are ranked No 1 for 2022 so I may go back to them although I had similar problems with them back in 2011! So will see. Any further thoughts of what to do next Laurie??

This behavior of Norton is absolute unfair. We do not ask for any support, but we still should be able to download the (old) version, install and use it  again; as we have got it before as part of our Norton 360 purchase.
