renewals are unable to be cancelled

I can not seem to cancel my unwanted subscription.  It requires an order number and I am being charged for a renewal subscription without an order number and I can not call anyone.  I do not like Norton and the fact you can not call them and speak to a human.  They overcharge for renewals.  Their service is not work the charge.  They make you go out and ask the community instead of providing service to their customers.  How absurd.  I will never use Norton again.

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report approx 30-45 days before current term expire...not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting. 

Please see your Norton account to manage licenses / subscriptions.

When you stop your subscription from automatically renewing:

  • Your subscription will continue through the end of your already paid subscription term, after which it will end and not automatically renew.

  • It typically takes a few hours from your request for the change to take effect.

  • Any benefits associated with automatically renewing subscriptions may end when you stop your subscription from automatically renewing.

After cancelling your recurring subscription, your subscription will not automatically renew.  Your protection will continue through the end of your current paid term. 

After cancelling your recurring subscription, your subscription will not have the Norton Virus Protection Promise.  Your protection will continue through the end of your current paid term.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment information. 
Please Contact Norton Support regarding your subscription/renewal/cancel.
