HI,
I submitted my website for rating by Norton weeks ago and it is still showing as unsafe and untested. Why is this taking so long?
My business is being affected by this and I am losing bookings and money!
Not happy as I had a reply email saying it is usually done within 14 days, its been many weeks now.
Hoping someone can help.
