I think I have to update Windows 10 client because my kids keep sending me requests but they don't show up on my phone.
The download menu in the portal does not work. Keeps asking me subscription key and then transfers me account settings page.
The support documentation is outdated and not relevant anymore. What I am paying money for?

Upon analyzing the backend data, we noticed that no alerts were posted from the child's windows device after 13th June.
There might have been a temporary internet disruption on your child's windows device.
Could you please recheck if the issue persists now and let us know if you need further assistance.
The product will get updated automatically once we make changes from our side. Additionally you can follow the below steps to get the latest version:
1. From your child's windows device, log-in to the Norton Family website - https://family.norton.com/web/
2. Select the child.
3. Click on "Add Device -> Add New Device" and then select "Yes" option.
4. Click "Download" which will download "NF_Installer.exe"
5. Click and install "NF_Installer.exe"
