False positive on domain/subdomains in Norton SafeWeb

Hello,

Recently, one of our domains (https://resourcesforclients.com) and some of the subdomains have started showing a false positive in the Norton SafeWeb tool.

We have registered/validated the sites using the SafeWeb tool and have attempted to dispute the ratings. However, we either are unable to submit a dispute or get no response back.

This is causing concerns among our clients and is impacting our business, so I am reaching out here to get a reolution to this issue.

I imagine Norton Safe Web submissions require working/reachable domain/s.

I run Norton.  I am not Norton.  

Sucuri seems happy, now.

Do you know if Norton provides any type of report or other information regarding what is causing the issues with the rating/categorization? We're still not clear on what is causing the issue with these specific domains.

as a Norton user.  I'm only aware of what Norton reports.
